Based on experience from PoC (Proof of Concept) projects using actual data at contact centers, we will share the reality of AI utilization. Focusing on audio logs and VoC, we will touch upon expectations for AI, the actual situation of real data, and the trial and error of AI utilization before and after the advent of LLMs. Furthermore, we will share the importance of "solving together with AI" rather than "solving with AI."
