Click here for the Dentsu Operation Partners case study Background and Challenges Dentsu Operation Partners entrusted us with their back-office operations due to business expansion and the need to strengthen their Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Subsequently, with the aim of building a more strategic and long-term operational structure, the operations previously managed in Dalian, China, were transferred to our Vietnam base. The scope of work is diverse, including the creation of digital advertising performance verification reports and support for ad placement, as well as finance and HR/labor affairs. All these areas require a high level of expertise and accurate judgment. The challenge in performing these advanced tasks at an overseas base was "creating a system that simultaneously achieves operational efficiency while maintaining the same level of quality as in Japan." Results and Key Points of the Initiative ・Operational Standardization through Unique Work Procedure Manuals We created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are more detailed than typical manuals, breaking down and visualizing work processes to standardize operations. This enables even new employees to perform tasks with the same quality. Furthermore, the use of SOPs reduced training time by 25%, allowing for a system where employees can contribute effectively in the field from an early stage.
・50% Reduction in Processing Time, Stable Operations Despite 5.3x Increase in Workload In addition to operational standardization through SOPs, we implement optimal work allocation based on staff skills. Through these initiatives, we have achieved approximately a 50% reduction in the processing time for the entire accounting and finance workflow. We have established a stable operational structure despite a 5.3-fold increase in workload.
・High-Value-Added BPO Achieved by Securing Highly Proficient Japanese Language Personnel During recruitment interviews, in addition to verbal conversations, we conduct email writing tests to select personnel capable of expressing the consideration and attentiveness required in Japanese business settings through written communication.
