## AlphaTheta Acquires DJ Monitor’s Technology and Assets to Strengthen KUVO Business

AlphaTheta Corporation has decided to acquire the technology and assets of the Netherlands-based DJ Monitor B.V. for the purpose of strengthening and expanding the KUVO business platform.

To facilitate this, AlphaTheta will establish a new company, "AlphaTheta KUVO Technology B.V.," comprehensively acquiring the technology, intellectual property, contracts, and business assets of DJ Monitor B.V.

### Purpose of Acquisition

KUVO is a platform that collects and accumulates DJ performance data from clubs and event venues, allowing for the visualization and utilization of music playback history. It serves as a bridge between DJs, clubs, rights holders, and music fans.

As the demand for visualization and data utilization of music usage grows, establishing more advanced tracking technology and a stable data infrastructure has become crucial for future business expansion.

By integrating DJ Monitor B.V.'s high-precision, reliable music tracking technology and data processing infrastructure, AlphaTheta will increase KUVO's technical independence while further improving service reliability and scalability.

### Role of AlphaTheta KUVO Technology B.V.

The newly established AlphaTheta KUVO Technology B.V. will serve as the core hub for the development and operation of KUVO-related technologies:
