Project Purpose This project aims to enable companies within the prefecture to collaborate and co-create with companies inside and outside the prefecture that possess digital and other technologies and services, thereby realizing the creation of innovative businesses and services through open innovation.

Project Concept 'From Okinawa, seriously launch new businesses. ~Evolving corporate management through new businesses and co-creation~'

Rather than just partner searching, we provide comprehensive support for a process that starts with the commitment of the primary company, including management, followed by 'business hypothesis formulation → partner matching → PoC implementation → commercialization,' guided by our 'reproducible framework' cultivated from over 26,000 new business support achievements.

[POINT ① Select host companies that are serious and can take the lead] We select serious companies within the prefecture that can commit budget and human resources.

[POINT ② Thoroughly develop business hypotheses before matching] Partner search begins only after refining idea-level themes to the level of a 'business hypothesis.'

[POINT ③ Broadly select partners that create impact] We utilize startup databases and OI platforms to search for optimal partners regardless of area or company type.

[POINT ④ Achieve results in PoC and see it through to the end] DemoDay is a milestone; we provide ongoing support with an eye toward connecting to subsequent acceleration support.

Program Structure This project will be implemented by linking two programs.
