UNIDGE Supports Hankyu Hanshin Properties in Business Alliance with Taiwanese PropTech Startup maaūu

UNIDGE, a subsidiary of AlphaDrive, has been supporting Hankyu Hanshin Properties (HHP) in launching its real estate business for the Taiwanese market. As part of this initiative, HHP has entered into a business alliance agreement with maaūu (細細生活網路科技股份有限公司), a Taiwan-based PropTech startup specializing in cross-border real estate sales.

The partnership focuses on providing real estate brokerage and rental management services to Taiwanese customers interested in Japanese properties. By merging HHP's expertise in real estate development and management with maaūu's technology platform and marketing reach in Taiwan, the two companies aim to create a highly efficient, transparent, and reliable cross-border transaction service.

UNIDGE has provided comprehensive support for this project, including formulating business strategies, assisting in communication with overseas partners, and streamlining internal decision-making processes. Key areas of collaboration include providing brokerage for Taiwanese clients, offering rental management post-purchase, multilingual support for property listings, and coordinating marketing efforts in Taiwan.

Through this alliance, HHP intends to address challenges such as language barriers and different business customs, providing the 'safety and security' its brand is known for to international clients. maaūu will leverage its platform and content production capabilities to connect Taiwanese investors with high-quality Japanese property information.
