This marks the company's 12th consecutive year of receiving an award since its first participation in fiscal year 2014.

● About 'House of the Year' This is an awards program hosted by the Japan Center for Area Development Research that recognizes outstanding housing that contributes to total energy conservation and CO2 reduction by treating the building envelope and equipment as an integrated system. Its purpose is to contribute to reducing environmental impact through energy conservation and realizing comfortable living spaces.

The [Special Excellence Award] received this time is the second-highest honor after the Grand Prize.
