AlbaLink Inc. (Headquarters: Koto Ward, Tokyo; President: Kenji Kawata; hereinafter referred to as "AlbaLink") officially signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement on Promoting the Circulation of Vacant Houses (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") with Sapporo City, Hokkaido, on June 30, 2026 (Tue).

Background and Objectives of the Agreement

In Sapporo City, addressing vacant houses with low market circulation has become an urgent issue due to the increase in vacant houses in recent years. While providing consultation services for aging properties and those posing risks due to snow accumulation in winter or vegetation overgrowth in summer, establishing a system to prevent properties from falling into disrepair has been a challenge.

In light of this, AlbaLink, leveraging its specialized expertise in the circulation and utilization of difficult-to-handle real estate, will promote the circulation and utilization of low-liquidity properties that are difficult to trade in the market by expanding options and raising awareness among owners. This agreement has been concluded to actively promote such circulation and utilization.

Under this agreement, when Sapporo City receives consultations from vacant house owners regarding properties that are difficult to circulate in the market, such as "unmanaged properties" or "properties that cannot be rebuilt," the city will establish a system to introduce our company to the owners upon their request.

By combining the credibility of the government with our company's specialized expertise, we will increase options for owners, contribute to resolving the vacant house problem, and foster a safe and secure community where citizens can live with peace of mind.
