Background and Purpose of the Agreement Esashi Town, Hokkaido, is known as a residential area that combines a historic townscape, once prosperous from herring fishing and Kitamaebune trade, with a warm and rich natural environment. The town is promoting the improvement of its living environment, but it is urgent to professionally advance the handling of difficult properties and the establishment of a consultation system.
To solve these challenges, AlbaLink will leverage its specialized know-how regarding the distribution and utilization of difficult real estate and its nationwide network to the fullest extent, creating an environment where town residents can easily consult through consultation sessions and seminars. This Agreement was concluded with the aim of resolving the vacant home problem and preserving a good living environment in cooperation with Esashi Town.
