"Akafuku-Gori" is a refreshing summer confection born in 1961 (Showa 36).

The matcha syrup is specially blended to complement the shaved ice, enhancing the matcha aroma while blending well with the ice. Inside the ice, we have carefully placed smooth red bean paste that maintains its flavor even when cold, and mochi that does not harden when chilled, each separately. You can enjoy the harmony of refreshing ice and gentle sweetness.
