At the venue, the company will sell the summer-exclusive 'Akafuku Mizu-Yokan' and Isuzuchaya's 'Azuki Butter Sand.' The summer-exclusive 'Akafuku Mizu-Yokan' is a sheet-poured water yokan made with smooth strained red bean paste from Hokkaido, offering a refreshing sweetness. It is best enjoyed chilled and sliced. Isuzuchaya's 'Azuki Butter Sand' features a butter cream made from Hokkaido red beans and domestic butter, sandwiched between sablé cookies made with Mie Prefecture's 'Ayahikari' wheat.
