AIVALIX Inc. Relocates Headquarters to Front of The University of Tokyo Hongo Campus Akamon Gate; Transitioning to Phase 3 Starting April 1, 2026

AIVALIX Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Taiyo Nakayama; hereinafter "AIVALIX") has relocated its headquarters office to the front of the Akamon Gate at The University of Tokyo, driven by business expansion and the strengthening of its organizational structure. We also announce that we will transition to our third phase of operations effective April 1, 2026.

Since its founding, AIVALIX has been committed to solving challenges in industrial fields, with a focus on infrastructure and core industries, through the social implementation of cutting-edge technology. In particular, we are promoting field-rooted technology development and business construction centered on the implementation of AI technology in areas such as skill succession, maintenance advancement, and decision-making support.

Purpose of Relocation The new office is located in the Hongo area, right in front of the Akamon Gate of The University of Tokyo. By establishing a base in this area, where research, technology, and industry are concentrated, we aim to further strengthen our points of contact with talent, research insights, and business opportunities, thereby accelerating business growth and value creation.

Positioning and Outlook for Phase 3 We position the third phase, which begins on April 1, 2026, as a phase of further growth and challenge for AIVALIX. Building on the technical capabilities and field understanding we have accumulated to date, we will further deepen the social implementation of AI and aim to create greater industrial impact through collaboration with customers and partners.
