Aisin Group Welcomes FY2026 New Employees: Passing Down a Corporate Culture of Challenge and Mutual Growth to the Next Generation

A total of 832 new employees joined three Aisin Group companies*, including Aisin Corporation (Headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Moritaka Yoshida), as of today. Today, the entrance ceremony was held at the Aisin Anjo area, where our President, Moritaka Yoshida, delivered a message of welcome and encouragement to the new employees. In addition, through messages from active employees at each company, the new employees were given the opportunity to take the messages to heart and renew their determination for future challenges. The Aisin Group is the automotive parts manufacturer closest to carmakers. With global technological development and manufacturing capabilities as our strengths, we have test courses both domestically and internationally, and have been developing products from the perspective of the car. In order to respond flexibly to environmental changes and achieve sustainable growth, we will further accelerate our efforts focusing on expanding electrified products (product axis) and strengthening our global supply system (regional axis).
