AISIN CORPORATION (Headquarters: Kariya, Aichi; President: Moritaka Yoshida) will participate in demonstration experiments for lightweight perovskite solar cells at nine demonstration fields selected by Aichi Prefecture.
This demonstration is part of the "Perovskite Solar Cell Popularization and Expansion Project," which was selected for commercialization support at the "Aichi Carbon Neutral Strategy Meeting*1" held in December 2024.

In this project, in addition to investigating the potential for introducing perovskite solar cells, AISIN will install the perovskite solar cells it is currently researching and developing*2 at public facilities within Aichi Prefecture as a preliminary demonstration. The project aims to identify challenges associated with expanding adoption and to examine potential solutions.

AISIN will continue to promote technological development that improves the environment and society, realizing our corporate philosophy: "Inspiring the world, creating the future.".
