AISIN Participates in Demonstration Experiments for Lightweight Perovskite Solar Cells at 9 Fields Selected by Aichi Prefecture

AISIN CORPORATION (Headquarters: Kariya, Aichi; President: Moritaka Yoshida) announced its participation in demonstration experiments for lightweight perovskite solar cells at nine fields selected by Aichi Prefecture. This initiative is part of the "Perovskite Solar Cell Popularization and Expansion Project," selected for business support at the "Aichi Carbon Neutrality Strategic Conference" held in December 2024. In this project, in addition to surveying the introduction potential of perovskite solar cells, AISIN will install the solar cells it is researching and developing at public facilities within Aichi Prefecture as a preliminary demonstration. The aim is to identify issues associated with expanding their adoption and to consider solutions.
