Gokayama Tofu uses pure water from Mt. Sefuri as the lifeblood of their products. Additionally, they use 100% Saga-grown soybeans to create tofu with a rich, proud flavor. They make full use of not only tofu but also okara (soy pulp) and soy milk, transforming them into bread, sweets, and even cosmetics to maximize the benefits of the ingredients.
