AISAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Jun Kato) will open a new "Akita Office" in Akita City as part of its business expansion and human resource base strengthening. We are pleased to announce that a location agreement was signed at the Akita Prefectural Office on March 27, 2026, in conjunction with the establishment of the new base.

Background of Establishment and Future Outlook

AISAN TECHNOLOGY positions the securing of human resources, including engineers, as one of its key management challenges. In light of Akita City's robust educational environment, with its concentration of higher education institutions, and the cooperative system provided by the local government, we have decided to expand into Akita City.

Furthermore, "LiSH AKITA," where the Akita Office will be located, is a regional innovation hub established in front of Akita Station. It offers not only high transportation convenience but also the significant advantage of potential collaboration with universities and other institutions. Our company will move into the facility upon its opening, establish an office, and begin business development in Akita City.

Through the establishment of this base, we will promote localized recruitment activities, as well as human resource development and the creation of new value through collaboration with universities and other institutions. AISAN TECHNOLOGY will continue to aim for sustainable growth and an increase in corporate value by deepening cooperation with the local community.

We were looking to acquire new talent by establishing bases in regional areas. We will establish our base in LiSH AKITA and proceed with hiring new graduates, including students. Furthermore, our group company, Akisoku, located in Akita City, also requires engineers.
