Participation in Autonomous Bus Operations in the Takanawa Area: Aisantec and A-Drive Promote Social Implementation through Group Collaboration

Aisantec Corporation (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Jun Kato; hereinafter "Aisantec") and A-Drive Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Sadakatsu Okabe; hereinafter "A-Drive") are participating in an autonomous bus operation initiative between TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY and the Takeshiba area, conducted by East Japan Railway Company and KDDI Corporation.

This initiative will commence on Saturday, March 28, 2026, marking the start of operations aimed at the social implementation of autonomous driving in urban areas. As group companies, the two firms have established a system to provide integrated support for urban autonomous driving, ranging from "introduction support and social implementation (A-Drive)" to "provision of a technical foundation centered on high-precision 3D maps (Aisantec)." In this project as well, they are leveraging their respective areas of expertise to identify challenges for practical application and accumulate operational knowledge.
