Airtrip CXO Salon, an Invitation-Only Executive Community, Implements "Service Improvements" to Further Enhance Satisfaction for Paid Members

(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President & CFO: Yusuke Shibata; Securities Code: 6191; hereinafter, "the Company"), which operates a total of 22 businesses including Airtrip Travel Business, IT Offshore Development Business, Inbound Travel Business/Wi-Fi Rental Business, Media Business, Investment Business (Airtrip CVC), Regional Revitalization Business, Cloud Business, Matching Platform Business/Digital Marketing Business, CXO Community Business, HR Consulting Business, Airline General Agent Business, Car Rental Business, Overseas Tour Business, Enterprise DX Development Business, Beauty FC Business, Corporate DX Promotion Business/Healthcare Business (subsequent businesses are focused on by investees), Human Resources Solution Business, Creative Solution & DX Business, AI Robot Business, Golf Life Support Business, Automatic Foreign Currency Exchange Machine Business, and Machiya Accommodation/Japanese Culture Experience Business, will implement service improvements at the invitation-only executive community "Airtrip CXO Salon," operated by its subsidiary, Airtrip CXO Salon, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Yano; hereinafter, "Airtrip CXO Salon Co."), with the aim of further enhancing the satisfaction of paid members.

Through these improvements, we will thoroughly pursue the needs received from all paid members, creating special experiences and overwhelming business opportunities that only the Airtrip Group can provide.

■ Service Improvement Details

1. Improved Matching Accuracy and Enhanced Information

・"Company Challenges" to be listed on the regular meeting participant list

We will add a "Company Challenges" item to the participant list for regular meetings. This will clarify who to talk to and about what, enabling more efficient and deeper interactions.

・Announcement of absentees and enhanced matching support by staff

On the day of the regular meeting (18:30-21:00), absentees will be announced at 19:30.

Additionally, based on requests from paid members such as "I would like to meet this person," the operating staff will provide matching support.

2. Maintaining the Quality of Interaction through Stricter Participation Qualifications

・Re-enforcement of the conventional participation requirement: "Participation only by executive officers or department manager class (decision-makers)" and restrictions on proxy participation.

To ensure the quality of "Airtrip CXO Salon," in principle, only those whose business cards state the prescribed title will be eligible to participate in regular meetings.

Proxy participation for reasons such as "de facto department manager" or "delegation of decision-making authority" will be uniformly declined to promote direct networking among decision-makers.

However, for listed companies, individuals with titles other than those mentioned above may also participate.

3. Activation of New Exchanges

・Optimization of guest participation fees

Guest participation fees have been optimized to encourage more CXO-level individuals to participate. To prevent the community from becoming stagnant and to constantly provide new encounters, the entire Airtrip Group will conduct recruitment activities. We will promote the organizational formation of a fresh community.

Please note that guest participation is limited to once every six months.

4. Enhanced Follow-up

・Implementation of satisfaction surveys for paid members

Satisfaction surveys will be conducted quarterly for paid members, and the system for reflecting feedback in operations will be strengthened.

We will continue to utilize the "Airtrip CXO Salon Trouble Hotline," a dedicated contact point for opinions and complaints, which has been in place conventionally, and will sincerely address the feedback received to further improve service quality.

■ Invitation-Only Executive Community "Airtrip CXO Salon"

This is an invitation-only executive community operated by listed companies and companies preparing for listing within the Airtrip Group. It serves as a gathering place for corporate executives, holding regular meetings, study sessions, large-scale venture events with 2,000 participants such as "Airtrip Fes," and "Airtrip Listed Company Salon" where over 100 representative directors of listed companies gather, fostering corporate connections.

At "Airtrip CXO Salon," we have newly launched "Airtrip Listed Company Salon," "Airtrip IPO/M&A/Fundraising Salon," "Airtrip Securities Company/Audit Firm Salon," "Airtrip Policy Proposal Salon," "Airtrip CXO College," and "Casual Drink Meetups" as free services for paid members. Furthermore, with the increase in Airtrip CXO Salon paid members, regular meetings in Tokyo have been expanded to twice a month starting from October 2025. We now hold regular Tokyo meetings (once a month), themed Tokyo regular meetings (once a month, changing monthly), and casual drink meetups (twice a month), realizing more than one free event per week.

In addition, as a nationwide expansion, utilizing the assets of Airtrip Group's business partners, regional regular meetings are held once every six months in Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.

Moving forward, with the assets of the Airtrip Group and "careful" operation, we aim to achieve 1,000 paid member companies as a "highly satisfying" executive community that cannot be imitated by other companies.
