aiESG, Hase Tora, and Innoqua have signed a comprehensive partnership agreement to build a 'nature-positive local economic model' where local natural environments and economic activities mutually enhance their value.

Under this agreement, the three companies will use Hase Tora's factory in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture, and its surrounding watershed as a field study site to analyze the impact of industrial operations on nature from multiple perspectives. By combining biological monitoring with the quantification of psychological acceptance, they aim to create a new framework for evidence-based consensus building.

[Framework of the Three Perspectives] 1. Field Implementation (Hase Tora): Exemplifying the model of co-existence between industry and nature at a manufacturing site with 140 years of history. 2. Biological Science (Innoqua): Visualizing impact on the watershed ecosystem using proprietary 'Environmental Transfer Technology®' and environmental DNA surveys. 3. Social Science (aiESG): Quantifying the social acceptance of local residents and clarifying the social value of natural capital.

This project aims to implement Japan's 'Nature-Based Solutions (NbS)' from the ground up and share the 'Gifu Model' with the world as a global standard for sustainable manufacturing.
