Aidem's Vietnam Subsidiary 'AIDEM VIETNAM' Holds Opening Ceremony

Aidem Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Ryo Kabayama), a comprehensive human resources information service provider, held an opening ceremony for its local subsidiary, 'AIDEM VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED,' on March 14, 2026.

Aidem Global, operated by our company, has been providing one-stop support since 2019 as a registered support organization for foreign nationals with 'Specified Skilled Worker' status, ranging from the introduction of foreign talent to application document support and integration assistance. AIDEM VIETNAM, established as our local subsidiary, began its recruitment business in Vietnam in January 2026. This opening ceremony served as an opportunity to express gratitude for the significant support received to date and to share our future business vision. We welcomed representatives from major Vietnamese universities, Japanese companies operating in Vietnam, and partner companies to strengthen our collaborative relationships.

At the opening ceremony held on March 14, 2026, a dance performance by students from a university supported by our employment services was followed by a speech of appreciation from Toshiaki Kogo, General Director of AIDEM VIETNAM. We were honored by the presence and congratulatory remarks of Mr. Sugihara, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, and Mr. Huynh Dang Chinh, Vice President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Japan continues to face labor shortages due to a declining birthrate and aging population, making the acquisition of workers, including foreign talent, a challenge for every company. There is no doubt that the role of companies bridging Vietnamese talent and Japanese firms will become more important than ever. Many Japanese companies still express a strong desire to hire Vietnamese talent, as they are known to be diligent and excellent. I hope that AIDEM VIETNAM will continue to actively pursue its activities to meet these needs.
