The survey extracts data on job types and average hourly wages weekly, aggregating separately for the Eastern Japan region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, and 4 other prefectures) and the Western Japan region (Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, and 4 other prefectures).

The results show that the average hourly wage in the Eastern Japan region was ¥1,301, while in the Western Japan region it was ¥1,237. Notably, the 'Manufacturing and Driver' category in Eastern Japan reached ¥1,301—the highest level since data collection began.
