Development Background At Steel Hub, vessel dispatch operations for domestic and international shipping involved collecting orders from shippers in Excel and manually creating dispatch schedules. Inputting cargo details and routes to destinations required significant time and effort, and duplicate work occurred when transcribing dispatch schedules to management sheets and invoices. As a result, input errors and increased workload became major challenges.
