The AI Customer Experience Consortium (AICX Association) (location: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Shin Oguri / Kensuke Ozawa; hereinafter “AICX Association”) will take part in HR EXPO 2026, held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19, 2026, by presenting in certain sessions and cooperating on program planning.
At the "HR EXPO Special Lecture" on Wednesday, June 17, Representative Director Kensuke Ozawa will appear as moderator to discuss recruitment transformation in the AI era. On Thursday, June 18, at the "HR Tech Vision" track, AICX Association will co-plan four sessions that address the organizational design, performance evaluation systems, talent development, and the role of managers that HR departments must confront in the AI agent era.
At the exhibition booth, AICX Association will introduce the "AI Agent Strategist" certification, which certifies personnel responsible for corporate implementation of AI agents. The booth will provide explanations of the certification outline, official教材, corporate group exam systems, and connections to in-house training and talent development programs, and will offer individual consultations.
Background
The use of generative AI is shifting from individual and departmental pilots to integration into business processes and organizational operations. Going forward, the use of AI agents that support and execute tasks across multiple jobs and datasets is expected to expand.
In HR specifically, new issues are emerging, including candidates’ use of AI, employee AI literacy development, review of evaluation systems, and job design that assumes AI utilization.
As an industry organization promoting the social implementation of AI agents, AICX Association works to form knowledge that enables AI to be implemented and embedded not merely as a tool but from the perspectives of work design, organizational design, and talent development. At this exhibition, we will present practical issues that HR departments need to address to support corporate transformation in the AI agent era.
