The tool has been expanded from the previous 20 questions in 4 categories to 30 questions in 6 categories, adding four new categories: AI Thinking & Design, Knowledge & RAG & Quality Control, PoC to Production Capability, and Organizational Penetration & Promotion. It also now supports a comparison feature with previous assessments and PDF report downloads.

Background of Releasing the AI Assessment

In our AI consulting and training field, we have heard common feedback from employees at many companies.

- "I don't know my own AI utilization level" — "I started using AI tools and think I'm utilizing them in my work," but I cannot objectively grasp what level I am at. - "I can't make an objective AI utilization evaluation with just my company's information" — Even if I compare internally, I don't know how I stack up against industry standards or other companies. - "I don't know how AI utilization affects the business or management" — I learned how to use the tools, but I don't see how to learn upstream thinking and design.
