Challenges Before Introduction and Reasons for Adoption

At Mitachi Industry, the process for creating in-house training videos involved starting with "voice recording" and then combining it with presentation materials. This meant that completing one video could take anywhere from one to two weeks, and coordination with various departments was also required, making the inefficient production flow a major challenge. AI Shorts was adopted with the aim of streamlining the significant man-hours involved in video production and the coordination tasks with multiple parties.

Effects of Introduction

With the introduction of AI Shorts, employees can now generate audio and automatically create videos anytime, anywhere, eliminating the need for coordination with various departments and establishing a system where "one person can complete" the task.

The work hours, which previously took about one week while concurrently handling other duties, have been drastically reduced to "about one hour" (a cut of approximately 97.5%), achieving significant operational efficiency.

Furthermore, by quickly supporting multilingual audio in not only Japanese but also English and Chinese, the company has achieved uniform information sharing across language barriers for staff at 10 overseas bases, receiving high praise from the field.
