Two types of specially crafted dandan noodles are making their limited summer appearance!

The "Dandan Noodles" feature a rich soup with flavorful sesame sauce and preserved vegetables (zha cai), served with medium-thick noodles. By allowing the seasoned minced meat to sink into the soup, you can enjoy a changing flavor profile as you eat.

The "Soupless Dandan Noodles" use thick noodles that thoroughly intertwine with the sauce and ingredients, creating a satisfying dish.

Both products are topped with homemade chili oil and crushed peanuts. The aromatic and spicy kick further enhances the deliciousness of the dandan noodles.
