Origin Toshu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chofu, Tokyo / Representative: Masayuki Goto), a member of the AEON Group, will start selling 'Cold Chinese Noodles (Hiyashi Chuka)' and 'Malatang' at the Chinese restaurant 'Renge Shokudo Toshu' from Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

The annually popular 'Cold Chinese Noodles' is a visually refreshing dish topped with six colorful ingredients. You can choose from two types of sauce: 'Soy Sauce', characterized by the mild acidity of Shanxi mature vinegar, and 'Sesame', featuring the fragrant aroma of roasted golden sesame sprinkled as a finishing touch. The noodles are 100% domestic wheat Chinese noodles, known for their rich wheat aroma and smooth texture. The cooling taste makes it a perfect dish for early summer.

On the other hand, the 'Malatang' uses 11 types of spices (chili, Japanese pepper, Sichuan pepper, nutmeg, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, dried tangerine peel, fennel, bay leaf, and clove) and homemade chili oil to achieve a deep flavor woven by 'ma' (numbness) and 'la' (spiciness). You can choose between two types of noodles: healthy Longkou glass noodles or satisfying Chinese noodles. Furthermore, customizations such as 'Extra Spicy' (33 yen including tax) and 'Extra Cilantro' (110 yen including tax) are available to suit your preferences.

During this season of fluctuating temperatures, we have prepared a lineup that lets you choose between 'refreshingly cold' and 'robustly spicy'.
