◆Background of the Renewal Since the founding of its predecessor company approximately 30 years ago, Aeon Pet has upheld "industrialization of the industry" as its corporate philosophy, focusing on retail, grooming, and animal hospital businesses. It has continuously grown by supporting the lives of pets with one-stop services and improving the quality of each service. In recent years, the social significance of pets has greatly changed from mere "pets" to "family members (companion animals)" who walk through life together. A survey or interview was conducted with all employees by the project team (355 responses), facing the raw voices of employees regarding "What future does Aeon Pet aim for?" and "How should we be to achieve that?" At the same time, through interviews with the founder, the company returned to its origins and reconfirmed the unchanging aspirations that should be inherited. The project thoroughly discussed the future Aeon Pet should pioneer over a period of one year, reviewing the changes in the industry, social issues, and the company's trajectory. This corporate philosophy and code of conduct embody the mission and resolve of Aeon Pet's employees.
