本產品採用超音波穿透方式(Time-of-Flight/強度檢測),是一種非接觸、非破壞、非放射線的測量儀。由於不使用放射線,因此無需特殊的管理區域或法規對應,可安全且輕鬆地導入與操作。
在材料的上下配置感測器,透過超音波穿透,並根據其傳播方式(到達時間和強度變化)計算目量。
由於可在不接觸材料的情況下進行測量,因此可在不損壞樣品的情況下進行評估。
對應廣泛材料,實現高精度測量
「Marveloc-Lab」對應包含電極片在內的導電性材料在內的廣泛片狀材料,並高精度測量目量(mg/cm²)。測量精度達到 0.1 mg/cm²(1σ),可穩定獲取評估數據。
緊湊的桌上型設計,輕鬆導入實驗室環境
「Marveloc-Lab」採用緊湊的桌上型尺寸(約 434×413×292mm)設計,不受安裝空間限制,可輕鬆導入實驗室環境。即使在有限空間內也能運作,適合日常評估業務。透過手動進樣可對應多樣化的評估。
