Akiraki Uno: Partner, Energy & Utilities & Resources (ENUR) Practice, Tokyo Through his long-standing, deep network with senior figures in Japanese energy and utility-related companies, he has played an extremely crucial role in the growth of the Energy & Utilities & Resources (ENUR) practice at the Tokyo office. He has led high-value projects across the sector, establishing solid results and the trust of senior stakeholders, while also dedicating efforts to team capability development, knowledge sharing, and intellectual property creation.

Clément Samson: Partner, Telecom, IT, Media & Electronics (TIME) Practice, Paris Since joining the consulting industry in 2016, he has built his career at ADL, establishing himself as a trusted advisor among key telecommunications industry clients. He supports executives in addressing the most critical challenges of growth, diversification, and M&A, from strategy formulation to project execution. Concurrently, he is dedicated to developing internal teams through leadership, training, and coaching, and has contributed to the development of the "AI-Powered Partner" approach to enhance productivity and client impact.

Frédéric Duclos: Partner, Automotive & Manufacturing (AMG) Practice, Paris Blending practical experience in the oil and gas industry with ten years of management consulting experience, he focuses on process industries, particularly chemicals, building materials, and metals. He possesses a proven track record across transactions and has extensive experience in growth strategies, M&A, and value creation for complex products and assets.

Maurice Salem: Partner, Growth Practice, Government & Public Sector Practice, Dubai Since joining ADL, he has played a central role in establishing and expanding a comprehensive real estate platform in the Middle East, embedding it within the Growth Practice. He supports government-owned development companies, government agencies, and national platforms in large-scale urban development, infrastructure, and economic transformation programs across Dubai. Collaborating with members of each practice, he has created new revenue streams in real estate planning, investment, and development, and has organized and led high-performance teams on diverse projects.

Prithweesh Ghosh: Partner, Growth Practice, Private Equity & Principal Investment Practice, Dubai He currently co-leads Private Equity & Principal Investment (PEPI) across the Middle East, bringing extensive experience in deal advisory across a wide range of sectors. He has led major infrastructure development, investment, concession, and finance projects, particularly in the travel, transportation, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors, and has made significant contributions to ADL's intellectual property through publications and speaking engagements.

Ron Kwok: Partner, Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice, San Francisco He possesses over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, both in consulting and industry. He combines a deep technical foundation in life sciences with expertise in pharmaceutical clinical development and therapeutic commercialization, guiding clients to commercial success throughout their product lifecycles. His areas of specialization include new product planning, portfolio prioritization, clinical development acceleration, launch excellence, and brand strategy.

Yiğit Saf: Partner, Growth Practice, Government & Public Sector Practice, Dubai He has actively supported multiple government entities in the Middle East in achieving their socio-economic development agendas, with a particular focus on investment, human capital development, and national productivity enhancement. He has experience in national policy formulation, socio-economic impact assessment, sector and organizational strategy development, national transformation program implementation support, and organizational change.
