Adecco Begins Operation of MHLW's 'FY2026 Youth Independence Support Center Project'

Adecco, a brand of Adecco Group, the global leader in HR services, has been commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to operate the 'FY2026 Youth Independence Support Center Project.' Through this project, Adecco will manage regional youth support stations to strengthen employment assistance for unemployed youth. Currently, the number of unemployed youth (NEETs) in Japan remains between 500,000 and 600,000. Furthermore, the number of unemployed individuals up to their late 40s, including the 'employment ice age' generation, is estimated to have reached 1.22 million as of 2024. Adecco has a proven track record of managing numerous projects commissioned by local governments and organizations.
