Achievement Inc. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and President: Satoshi Aoki) held the 'Path to the Summit®' Achievement Technology Course special seminar for business owners and prospective successors from March 25 (Wed) to March 27 (Fri), 2026, at the Achievement Tokyo Training Center. Marking its 75th milestone, the seminar welcomed approximately 390 executives from across the country to learn the 'Philosophy-Based Management' methodology that drives continuous revenue and profit growth.

■ A Clear Purpose of Management Becomes the Centripetal Force for Recruitment and Development

'The true purpose of management is to bring happiness to those with whom you have a connection.' This is what Satoshi Aoki, Chairman and President of Achievement Inc., who has been involved in educating over 10,000 small and medium-sized business owners, teaches in the course. Traditional management theory once claimed that 'the purpose of management is the pursuit of profit.' Despite criticism from others since the company's founding—being told that 'continuing to say such idealistic things will bankrupt your company'—Aoki has consistently upheld this policy for 39 years.

By focusing on the 'corporate philosophy'—the reason for the company's existence and its purpose—and practicing philosophy-based management that generates profit as a result of pursuing that purpose, the company has achieved 8.19 billion yen in sales and 2.89 billion yen in ordinary profit.

■ Led by Achievement Group CEO Satoshi Aoki

The instructor is Satoshi Aoki, the first Asian recipient of the Napoleon Hill Foundation Gold Medal, who built his own company from scratch to reach 8.19 billion yen in sales and 2.89 billion yen in ordinary profit. During the seminar, he presented practical methods—not mere academic theories—centered on the 'Five Pillars' that executives must face.

・Recruitment & Development: Educational techniques to attract talent who resonate with the philosophy and to draw out their initiative.
・Sales & Marketing: Strategies to build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
・Product Development: Unique technical capabilities that create overwhelming added value.
・Financial Management: A sound financial foundation that realizes high profitability and internal reserves.
・Strategy Construction: Planning that turns visions into reality through reverse-thinking.
