The Institute for Information Industry (III), under the guidance of the Industrial Development Administration (IDA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan and in collaboration with the Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA), will host the 'TAIWAN Tech Pavilion' at '2026 Japan IT Week Spring,' to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, April 8 to Friday, April 10, 2026.

The 'TAIWAN Tech Pavilion' will feature a comprehensive collection of advanced solutions where Taiwanese companies excel, including edge AI, generative AI infrastructure, AI servers, smart surveillance, AI visual inspection, logistics automation, and smart parking. We plan to offer concrete implementation proposals to address challenges faced by Japanese companies—such as labor shortages, efficiency improvements, real-time processing, and data sovereignty—across sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail, public infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption.

Exhibiting companies include NexAIoT, which automates factory inspections and equipment control via AI; Inventec × AIMobile, which develops AI servers and edge AI solutions; Graid Technology, which proposes next-generation NVMe RAID technology utilizing GPUs; INFINITIX × Phison, which integrates GPU resource management with AI memory expansion; Netiot × ShareGuru, which deploys on-premises generative AI; Kapito, which specializes in AI visual inspection for roll-to-roll manufacturing; TAC Dynamics, which provides logistics automation solutions; and Baosen International, which focuses on AI surveillance and smart parking.

A key feature of the solutions proposed by these Taiwanese companies is their strong focus on 'AI that works in the field,' going beyond simple product demonstrations. With configurations such as on-premises generative AI that reduces cloud dependency, edge AI enabling millisecond-level response times, smart surveillance and inspection technologies designed for integration with existing equipment, and AI storage foundations that support high-speed data processing, these solutions are structured to be easily adopted by Japanese manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and system integration firms.

Through this pavilion, III aims to promote the technical and implementation capabilities of Taiwan's ICT and AI-related companies to the Japanese market, while creating multifaceted business opportunities such as collaborations, PoCs, agency sales, system integration, and joint development with Japanese firms. Taiwan possesses a robust industrial foundation in semiconductors, ICT hardware, AI edge devices, and system integration, and in recent years, has been strengthening its ability to propose integrated solutions. This exhibition will serve as a venue to directly introduce these advancements in the Taiwanese industry to the Japanese industrial sector.

During the event, we will explore concrete possibilities for cooperation in a wide range of fields—including manufacturing, logistics, retail, data centers, and enterprise AI infrastructure—through individual business meetings, technical presentations, and live equipment demonstrations with visiting companies. We invite you to visit the 'TAIWAN Tech Pavilion' as a place to encounter ready-to-use Taiwanese solutions for the Japanese market.
