The Administration for Digital Industries (ADI) of Taiwan's Ministry of Digital Affairs, in collaboration with the Taiwan Information Security Consortium (TWDDC) and the Taiwan Information Security Association (TWISA), will lead nine homegrown cybersecurity companies to participate in 'Japan IT Week Spring 2026.' The 'CYBER TAIWAN PAVILION' at Tokyo Big Sight will gather Taiwan's representative elite security firms to showcase cutting-edge solutions. This exhibition has already garnered high attention from international buyers and the Japanese industry even before the event, signaling a full-scale acceleration of Taiwan's entry into the Japanese market.

Nine Taiwanese security firms are participating in this joint exhibition. Their expertise covers Managed Security Services (MSS), exposure management, Zero Trust authentication, red teaming, Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), AI-driven security solutions, CDN and DDoS protection, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cross-domain data security. By showcasing capabilities ranging from risk governance and identity management to defense and response, the pavilion aims to demonstrate Taiwan's unique systemic advantages in security integration and assist companies in strengthening their supply chain defense.

Globally, supply chain risk has become a rapidly growing concern among Asian enterprises. According to the '2025 Third-Party Cybersecurity Incident Report,' approximately 60% of cyberattacks in Japan involved third parties. Furthermore, the IBM X-Force 'Threat Intelligence Index 2025' reports that the Asia-Pacific region accounts for 34% of global cyberattacks, with the manufacturing industry comprising 40% of those. This data highlights that manufacturing supply chains have become primary targets for attackers (Source: Info Security, Taiwan).

The Japanese market continues to face serious cyber threats. According to the 'Information Security White Paper 2025' published by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), multiple threats such as ransomware, DDoS attacks, supply chain vulnerabilities, and the abuse of generative AI have persisted since 2024, with attack methods becoming increasingly sophisticated. A notable case in 2025 was the ransomware attack on logistics giant ASKUL, which impacted the operations of major retail brands like MUJI, Loft, and Sogo & Seibu. This incident underscores the critical importance of ensuring supply chain resilience (Source: IPA Information Security White Paper).

In response to these trends, TWISA has set the theme for the Taiwan Pavilion as 'Taiwan Cybersecurity: World-Class Reliability.' Through pitch presentations at the Japan IT Week 'International Conference Hall,' the team will showcase solutions in supply chain security, zero trust, identity authentication, risk governance, and intelligent protection, actively deepening cooperation with the Japanese industrial sector.

The elite companies gathered in the pavilion cover core technologies including Governance and Exposure Management, Zero Trust Authentication and Identity Encryption, Intelligent Security Operations and Analysis, and Perimeter Defense and Data Exchange. Specifically, they provide solutions such as Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), the semiconductor security standard 'SEMI E187,' red teaming, IAM, MFA, PAM, PQC, SOC, and Web Detection and Response (WDR), meeting advanced security needs in manufacturing, semiconductors, critical infrastructure, and cross-border supply chains.

Each exhibitor brings unique technical strengths: uniXecure offers MSS and exposure management; KeyXentic supports Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA); ZUSO Generation specializes in red teaming and penetration testing; RUITINGTECH focuses on cryptography and PQC; CT-Cloud delivers Secure AI management for IoT and smart factories; SkyCloud Computing provides CDN acceleration and DDoS protection; Global Wisdom Software specializes in PAM; CHT Security offers services from detection and monitoring to incident response; and In-Symmetry Technology (KryptoGO) builds next-generation defense systems centered on one-way data transfer and cross-domain data security.

Through this exhibition, the team aims to build stronger partnerships with the Japanese industry, align Taiwanese security solutions with global standards, and promote overseas expansion. We strive to build a safer and more reliable digital supply chain ecosystem.
