Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies. After joining DARTSLIVE Co., Ltd. in 2011, he has consistently gained experience at the forefront of product development. From 2013, he was in charge of game design and product management at GREE, Inc. After joining DeNA Co., Ltd. in 2019, as a producer, he led numerous new development products and operational products. He drives business growth from both business and product aspects, from formulating business plans to building frameworks with collaborative partners and upstream content design. He joined Progrit Inc. in October 2025, leading new business development and product strategy. Appointed Executive Officer CPO in April 2026.

After graduating from Waseda University's School of Commerce, she joined L'Oréal Japan in 2005. She has built her career centered on marketing for over 16 years. As a Brand General Manager, she led customer-centric brand development and product creation, contributing significantly to business growth. Through her work at the French headquarters and the Asian headquarters in Shanghai, she has extensive leadership experience in a global business environment. In September 2021, she joined with, Inc. as Executive Officer CMO. Upon the transition to a holding company structure in March 2023 (establishment of enito group, inc.), she also served as a Group Executive Officer, leading the construction of the marketing foundation and business expansion during the organization's growth phase. Leveraging her 20 years of marketing expertise and global background, she joined Progrit Inc. in February 2026 and was appointed Executive Officer CMO in April of the same year.
