PROGRIT Inc. (Headquarters: Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shogo Okada; Securities Code: 9560), an English learning platform company, announced today that it will introduce an executive officer system and appoint six new executive officers, as well as establish the positions of CPO (Chief Product Officer) and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), effective April 1, 2026.

■ Background and Purpose of This Organizational Change
Under the mission of "Increasing the number of people who can freely thrive globally," our company offers multiple subscription-based English learning services in addition to our English coaching service "PROGRIT." Moving forward, we aim not only for continuous growth of existing businesses but also for non-continuous growth through M&A, with a view to a full-scale transition to group management.
To promote this business diversification and drive further business development for greater leaps, we will transition to a new management and executive structure that achieves both "fastest decision-making at the operational level" and "advanced company-wide strategy" at a high level.
■ Introduction of the Executive Officer System
To clarify the roles and responsibilities of management decision-making and oversight functions and business execution functions in each business area, and to establish a highly agile execution structure for future business expansion and non-continuous growth, we will introduce an executive officer system.
With the introduction of this system, the Board of Directors will focus more on determining management policies and oversight functions, while executive officers will take on the highest responsibility for business execution in their respective areas, thereby strengthening the business execution system.
■ Establishment of CPO and CMO Positions
In anticipation of business expansion and service diversification through M&A, we have determined that it is essential to establish a system that oversees product quality improvement and marketing strategies across the entire company. Therefore, we will newly establish the positions of CPO (Chief Product Officer) and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer). We will integrate the knowledge cultivated across our multiple businesses to powerfully drive the creation of overwhelming customer experiences and the enhancement of brand value.
■ Introduction of New Executive Officers
We would like to introduce the six individuals newly appointed as executive officers.

I am honored to take on the important responsibility of the first CPO to realize our mission of "Increasing the number of people who can freely thrive globally." This mission not only expands the possibilities for each customer but also contributes to enhancing Japan's national strength, and I approach it with strong conviction regarding its significant social impact.
In the game industry, I have consistently been involved in creating user experiences, from game designer to development manager. I will combine the knowledge gained from this experience with the field of English learning to deliver value that can change customers' lives and drive our company's growth through the power of our products.
Executive Officer CMO: Emi Kawaguchi

After graduating from Waseda University, Faculty of Commerce, she joined L'Oréal Japan Co., Ltd. in 2005. She built her career around marketing for over 16 years. As a Brand General Manager, she led brand development and product development from a customer-centric perspective, significantly contributing to business growth. Through her work at the French headquarters and the Asia headquarters in Shanghai, she gained extensive leadership experience in a global business environment. In September 2021, she joined with Inc. as Executive Officer CMO. Upon the establishment of Enito Group Co., Ltd. as a holding company in March 2023, she also served as a Group Executive Officer, leading the establishment of a marketing foundation and business expansion during the organization's growth phase. Leveraging her 20 years of marketing expertise and global background, she joined PROGRIT Inc. in February 2026 and was appointed Executive Officer CMO in April of the same year.

"Increasing the number of people who can freely thrive globally." I strongly resonate with this simple yet profound mission. By acquiring English as a tool, life choices dramatically expand, and one can take control of their own life. I am convinced that what PROGRIT offers is not merely language learning, but a service that expands the "life possibilities" of our customers.
I myself have continuously strived to compete on equal terms with professionals from different countries while challenging myself on the global stage. I will combine the experience gained during that process with the customer-centric marketing I have cultivated to widely and deeply deliver PROGRIT's value, so that as many people as possible can experience the "joy of thriving freely globally."
Executive Officers in Charge of Each Area/Business

Executive Officer, Shadoten Business Division Manager: Yoshinori Kanda
Through wider use of Shadoten, I aim to reduce the number of people who feel "poor at listening" and increase the number of people who can freely thrive globally. To achieve this, I will promote service evolution based on customer feedback and build a robust organization, deepening customer understanding, and continuously providing value that reliably leads to learning outcomes.
Through these initiatives, I will achieve sustainable business growth and contribute to the overall enhancement of the company's corporate value.

Executive Officer, General Manager of Administration Department: Genki Konno
To drive PROGRIT's non-continuous growth, I will build a solid corporate foundation that balances "offense" and "defense" at a high level. As a listed company, I will establish a strong governance system that meets the trust of society and stakeholders, and promote the creation of a robust organization that can flexibly and quickly respond to future business growth and diversification.
As a member of the management team, I will not be confined to the framework of the administrative department but will work together with business divisions to lead the challenge to the next stage from the front lines, thereby realizing sustainable enhancement of corporate value.

Executive Officer CTO: Daisuke Shimamoto
The field of English learning still has room for evolution, and technology is indispensable for its realization. By designing a learning experience optimized for each individual based on learning data and behavioral logs, I am confident that we can refine our products to directly lead to results. I will fundamentally evolve the way of learning through the power of technology, creating a more effective and efficient customer experience.
Furthermore, to achieve both product quality improvement and delivery speed, I will promote the advancement of development processes and operations. I will build a foundation to support future business growth from both technological infrastructure and development system perspectives, leading our business from a technical standpoint.

Executive Officer, Chief of President's Office: Wataru Takahashi
For Japanese companies to demonstrate a strong presence globally, the ability to overcome the "language barrier" is indispensable. I believe my mission is to further strengthen PROGRIT's business foundation and boost Japan's global competitiveness. As Chief of the President's Office, I will serve as a hub connecting management and the field, executing solutions to complex issues at the fastest pace, and completing strategic projects that are not bound by existing frameworks.
I will open a breakthrough for PROGRIT to leap to a new stage, driving our own non-continuous growth, and becoming a driving force for Japanese companies to compete and win globally.
