Punk Boo Boo's Sato Tetsuo, winner of both the M-1 Grand Prix and THE MANZAI, took on the role of "Master of Constructive Criticism," delivering candid critiques to up-and-coming comedy acts with championship potential, while Chidori Gōto, Mizuta Shinji, Shizuru's Ikeda Kazuma, and Kikoshi Tomahawk's Yoshichan predicted the content of his feedback.

Opening act Laparfe performed a manzai routine deliberately avoiding their signature impersonation of actor Abe Hiroshi. Sato responded with sharp criticism: "Do you really think everyone knows who Laparfe are?" He pointed out a fundamental flaw in their premise: "First-time viewers won't get it because they've never seen your original Abe Hiroshi impersonation." He added, "Even veteran acts introduce themselves before making fun of their own names. Never assume the audience knows who you are."
