'Renai Byoin' is a romance program where adults who have become engrossed in their work and forgotten about love confront romance through a 2-night, 3-day cohabitation. Ten men and women who have been active on the front lines of various fields such as politics, economics, and culture gather, and the love documentary of these awkward adults unfolds.

Participants include 5 male members: Shinji (Shinji Ishimaru/43 years old), a former politician; Hideo (Hideo Ishiguro/37 years old), an actor who appeared in famous dramas such as 'Gokusen' and 'Hanzawa Naoki'; Ryusei (Ryusei Kuwata/40 years old), a businessman and general director of "Reiwa no Tora"; Yuto (Yuto Koizumi/30 years old), a former J-League player and cooking researcher; and Masakatsu (Masakatsu Shizukuishi/32 years old), a freelance announcer. Episode #1 begins with the participants meeting for the first time. Among the unique members active in various fields such as business owners, actors, city council members, and freelance announcers, the last to appear was former politician Shinji (Shinji Ishimaru), whose presence caused a stir among the participants, with exclamations like "No way!?", "Is there someone I don't know!?", and "Oh no!
