The new future TV "ABEMA" will broadcast all episodes of the masterpiece anime "Maison Ikkoku" for free starting Friday, April 10, 2026.

"Maison Ikkoku" is an anime work based on the original manga by popular artist Rumiko Takahashi, who has brought numerous masterpieces to the world such as "Urusei Yatsura", "Ranma 1/2", "Inuyasha", and "MAO".

In this special project, the classic Showa-era romantic comedy "Maison Ikkoku", which depicts the romances unfolding in the old apartment "Ikkokukan", will be broadcast in its entirety for free on ABEMA's "Nostalgic Anime 80's Channel". For 6 days from April 10 (Friday) to April 15 (Wednesday), all 96 episodes will be sequentially delivered for free every day starting at 2:30 PM.
