New future TV "ABEMA" broadcasted "SHIBUYA ANIME BASE (#シブアニ)" #80 live on the "ABEMA Anime Channel" from 9 PM to 10 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026, and began free missed viewing distribution after the broadcast.

This time, voice actor and idol unit "i☆Ris" member Himika Akaneya was welcomed as a guest, delivering plenty of information on new spring anime and more.

In the first half of the program, "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- 4th season," which is highly anticipated to start broadcasting in April, was featured. The topic turned to Tomokazu Sugita, who will voice the role of the "strongest swordsman" Raid in the fourth season. In a video from the recently held Japan Premiere, cast members such as Yusuke Kobayashi, Satomi Arai, and Nobuhiko Okamoto took the stage. Regarding Sugita's behavior during voice recording sessions, they revealed, "He talks about nostalgic old stories, recent industry gossip, and dirty jokes... well, it's business as usual (laughs)." Topics," the manga "Suberu Tenshi," which is themed around student comedy, was introduced, and a live reading was performed by Akaneya, Shugo Nakamura, and Sora Tokui. Regarding the youth story of a heroine aiming to be a comedian and her classmates supporting her, MC Yuki Iwai of Haraichi, a professional comedian, praised it, saying, "The parts where it doesn't land are realistic and good." Furthermore, Iwai revealed the secret story of Haraichi's formation, stating that he, Sawabe, and one other person had planned to form a trio in elementary school. He also humorously offered his sharp, comedian-centric (or perhaps not?) theory: "Very few people start comedy aiming to be a solo comedian. Regarding this work, where the protagonist summons a camper in another world to cook delicious meals, Tokui passionately explained its charm, stating, "The 'food terrorism' aspect of the party members eating and saying 'Ah, it's delicious!' is very important."
