ABEJA Completes Acquisition and Transfer of Regional Portal Business

ABEJA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yosuke Okada; hereinafter "ABEJA"), which aims to "implement a prosperous world" through the collaboration of humans and AI, announces that, based on a regional portal* business transfer agreement, it acquired the relevant assets on January 1, 2026, and has assumed responsibility for the business and its associated operations as of today.

Since April 2025, ABEJA has been proceeding with the transfer of the regional portal business and the associated tasks, including the development, modification, operation, and maintenance of regional portal applications and systems.

With the completion of this series of transfers, ABEJA will now work in coordination with the local governments currently utilizing the regional portal applications to provide operational support for these services.
