We will introduce the overview and features of the "Human Error Countermeasures Training," "Harassment Prevention Training," and "Feedback Training."
① Human Error Countermeasures Training
While human errors cannot be eliminated, their impact can be controlled. You will experience the "mechanism of human error" = "human characteristics" and learn ideas and know-how to prevent accidents and malfunctions. We will provide an opportunity for "awareness" on what each individual should practice based on the idea of "how could it have been prevented?" rather than "whose fault is it?"
② Harassment Prevention Training
You will learn the impact of harassment on the workplace and correctly understand behaviors to prevent power harassment and sexual harassment, leading to the building of better human relationships.
③ Feedback Training ~Fostering People and Promoting Behavioral Change~
You will correctly understand the importance and effects of feedback and acquire practical skills to promote behavioral change in others.
