AX Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Bunta Ishiwata) will exhibit at 'The 13th Kaiketsu Market' (Organizer: Seven Market Co., Ltd.), to be held at Elgala Hall (Tenjin, Fukuoka City) on May 27th (Wednesday) and 28th (Thursday), 2026.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that on the second day, May 28th (Thursday), our representative, Ishiwata, will speak at the main seminar in the venue on the theme: 'What's the difference between companies that end with AI implementation and those that achieve results? Challenges local companies easily fall into and 3 implementation points.'
**A rapid increase in companies where 'AI has been implemented, but it hasn't led to management decisions or business results.'**
While the corporate use of generative AI is becoming common, voices like the following are increasing in the workplace:
* AI tools have been introduced, but operations have hardly changed. * We advocated for 'time reduction,' but it didn't resonate with management. * Management hasn't organized 'what to decide with AI.' * Decision-making between the field and management is disjointed, making it impossible to explain Return on Investment (ROI).
Through accompanying over 100 corporations in AI implementation, AX has concluded that the difference between 'companies that truly achieve results with AI' and 'companies where tools don't stick' lies in the quality of management's decision-making and how ROI is defined. At this exhibition and seminar, we will disclose those practical examples and frameworks.
**Speaking Information: 'What's the difference between companies that end with AI implementation and those that achieve results? Challenges local companies easily fall into and 3 implementation points.'**
While the number of companies working on AI implementation is increasing, it is not uncommon for them to stop at implementation and fail to achieve results. Especially in local companies, where consulting options and human resources are limited, there are challenges where AI utilization tends to stop with only a few employees.
* Left to the field, the actual state of AI utilization is not visible. * Only a few employees use it, and it doesn't spread throughout the organization. * Even with training, it doesn't lead to changes in the field. * Although implemented, results are not visible, making it impossible to make the next decision.
In this seminar, while organizing the points where local companies tend to stumble in AI implementation, we will clearly explain the sequence of implementation to achieve results. We will also discuss ROI perspectives connected to management indicators such as outsourcing costs, SaaS fees, and personnel costs, which have become apparent through recent corporate support, along with actual implementation examples of AI agents operating in the field.
