This seminar will introduce the decision-making process and transformation process that led to the company-wide adoption of Claude Code within Qiita Inc.'s engineering organization.

The impetus for company-wide adoption came from the presenter's strong conviction, gained through thorough utilization of Claude Code, that "lead-class output becomes boundless." Through a phased trial introduction, we learned the lesson that "a bottom-up approach of offering Claude Code licenses to those who wish for them creates a high psychological hurdle and hinders utilization." Based on this, we decided to transition to the Claude Team plan all at once. Following the introduction, not only did productivity improve, but workflow innovations driven by the field team emerged one after another.

In the AI era, management is required not to "manage" but to "use it themselves and rewrite the organization's common sense (unlearning)." We will deliver this practical knowledge.

After working part-time, joined Increments (now Qiita Inc.) as a new graduate in April 2019. Since joining, he has been involved in product development and functional improvements for Qiita and Qiita Jobs.
From January 2020, he has been involved in product management and team management for "Qiita." Since April 2025, he has been overseeing the development organization as Head of the Product Development Department.
