The 'Comprehensive Guidelines for the Reform of Club Activities and Promotion of Regional Club Activities' formulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology designates the six years from FY2026 to FY2031 as the 'Reform Implementation Period,' indicating a policy to aim for the regional expansion of club activities on holidays in principle for all schools.
