Medical Corporation Cocoromi will launch the 'Heart-Centered Circular Home-Visit Medical Project' in April 2026 to address the deepening challenges of regional healthcare in both remote islands and urban areas. In remote islands, the challenge is how to deliver necessary medical care with limited resources. Meanwhile, in urban areas, the rising demand for home-visit care has led to a concentration of burden on specific medical institutions and a regional imbalance of resources, making it difficult to provide personalized care. This project utilizes the insights gained by Cocoromi in both settings. By combining the island-honed perspective of identifying appropriate care under limited conditions with the stability of urban clinics, we aim to build a system where patients can choose care with confidence and medical staff can work with peace of mind. Starting with urban home-visit care, we aim to evolve this into a sustainable 'Regional Healthcare Circulation Model.'
