3rd Gifu Ladies Open Golf Tournament to be Held in June 2026

The Gifu Ladies Open Golf Tournament Executive Committee (Representative: Kazuhiko Hashimoto) announced that the 3rd 'Gifu Ladies Open Golf Tournament (GLOGT2026)' will be held on June 8 (Mon) for the main tournament and June 9 (Tue) for the pro-am tournament at Aigi Country Club (Kani City, Gifu Prefecture). The tournament is managed by 51WORKS Inc. The 2nd tournament was held in June 2025, where professional golfer Kasumi Kamizono won the title. With an increasing number of participants active in tours and professional tests, the tournament continues to grow as a stage for nurturing future top professionals. The 2026 tournament will also focus on regional revitalization, nurturing junior golfers, expanding the golf population, and promoting charity activities. The tournament is officially named 'GIFU LADIES OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT 2026.' The number of participants is 127 (female professionals, trainees, amateurs, and juniors). The competition format is stroke play (one-day competition), with a total prize pool of 8.5 million yen (2 million yen for the professional winner). Tickets for the main tournament are 1,000 yen in advance and 1,500 yen on the day. The executive committee aims to promote Gifu Prefecture's appeal and contribute to sports promotion through golf.
