Mitsume Inc. (Headquarters: Sanjo City, Niigata; CEO: Masashi Sawa; hereinafter 'Mitsume'), which supports local governments with hometown tax and provides hands-on support for regional companies, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the 'Yahiko Village Hometown Tax Business Promotion Services' for fiscal year 2026 by Yahiko Village, Niigata Prefecture (hereinafter 'Yahiko Village').

Since fiscal year 2025, Mitsume has been providing support to the village as an advisor for hometown tax and in some creative production. Starting this fiscal year, we will significantly expand our support area and transition to a comprehensive operational consignment system that produces solid results. The purpose of this project is to increase Yahiko Village's recognition, improve its systems, and thereby strengthen its ability to continuously and sustainably increase donation amounts and enhance its communication power through PR related to hometown tax and support for return gift providers. Mitsume will make full use of its cultivated marketing know-how to provide hands-on support to businesses based at the 'Yahiko-no-Oka Satellite Office' within the village. In addition, call center operations for donors will be handled by Shincho Press Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Shincho Press'). By combining a solid operational structure through this powerful partnership, we will implement end-to-end support that leads to greater results and contribute with all our might to achieving this goal and enhancing Yahiko Village's brand value. ■ Mitsume's Scope of Work In this project, we will comprehensively implement the following measures related to the promotion of Yahiko Village's hometown tax. ・Support for return gift providers
