1NCE Corporation announced that its IoT platform was adopted by Maxell Frontier Co., Ltd. for the 'Matagi-ko LTE-M Edition' wildlife capture monitoring system. The system notifies users when animals like deer or wild boars are trapped, reducing manual inspection needs and agricultural damage. 1NCE's prepaid model, which costs 2,000 JPY for 10 years, was highly evaluated for its budget predictability for public sector use. With Japanese agricultural damage from wildlife reaching 18.8 billion JPY in FY2024, the solution aims to provide a sustainable and cost-effective countermeasure for local governments.
