KAMEC opened in 2022 as the first 'second animal hospital' within a single national university. It provides high-level veterinary care including secondary care, emergency response, CT/MRI scans, and radiation therapy through departments such as General Emergency, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, and Radiation Therapy.
